NIYAKR offers two years warranty. Repairing and replacement during the guaranteed period will be free, but you should bear the freight cost from your place to our factory. However, we can not guarantee on a workshop for replacement, compensation for damage, and repairing charge taking place within the following situations:
1. Accident due to careless handling and misusage.
2. Accident due to repair or improvement without permission of Shenzhen Comcreating Co., Ltd.
3. Accident due to force majeure/nature disaster (fire, flood) and war.
NIYAKR provides 1% spare parts freely, including LED module, power supply, fan, receiving card, LED lamps and other related parts. You can replace the broken one with the spare parts when problem happens, which will take about 5 minutes, and then send the broken ones back to our factory for fixing freely before you don't have enough spare parts for next maintenance. Additional charges will be required if you want more spare parts. We offer lifetime maintenance and charge only for the raw materials after the guarantee perid.
We offer training for free. Customer can send your engineer who has electronic and computer knowledge to our factory for the operation and maintenance training. We also provide the operation manual, software, and so on. Any associated drawing of product and structure and some other professional suggestion will be provided too.
User's manual, instruction video, professional CAD installation drawing, and other needed engineering drawings will be provided. We only offer the drawings, and you can show the drawing to your local steel structure factory, and they will weld it for you at site. On one hand, it's not cost-effective for you to ship the steel structure from China. On the other hand, we are impossible to offer you exact steel structure without welding at site.
Engineering training or installation assistance support at customer’s place is available, but a round-trip ticket, local accommodation of technician, staff labor cost, cost of visa, and other expenses during the whole trip should be borne by the customer.
